Located at 2021 W Bullard Ave, Fresno, CA 93711, E.M.W. China Bistro operates as a chinese restaurant serving Fresno in California. In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Fresno; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in California are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–2:30 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (559) 447-8399. Idk how fried chicken salad is that dry it must have sat out under a heat lamp because the outside wasn't overcooked... The salad seemed to be a store bought mixture base and possibly could have used more rice vinegar on the dressing... Charmaine seemed to just have little complexity with chinese 5 spice. Beef was velveted but it couldn't carry the dish. The tea and the fortune cookie was the only thing pleasant... Also who charges to give an extra cup of tea... I just paid to be nice just horrible honestly. The images from the lunch menus are what brought me here and that is not the same quality The dining area is kinda dark being tucked into the corner but still if only the food was good. Could have been a spot to share.

On a road trip to the Central Valley, my Mother and I joined a dear friend at this fabulous restaurant that she recommended. Oh my egg roll, it was so good I just have to tell the world! The plates should be called platters. You really get your money’s worth because mom and I had to get to-go boxes to finish it later. Stella got the Cashew Chicken combo plate, mom the Orange Chicken, and I was more than satisfied with my Broccoli and Beef combo plate. I mean platter. It’s definitely a platter! It came with a tasty salad, fried noodles, crunchy egg roll, and choice of how you prefer your side of rice. Get the fried—you won’t regret it! The pictures I’m sharing don’t do it justice, but you really have to go try it yourself. We dined in the outside patio that was serene and peaceful. There’s a fountain nearby and the running water was very comforting. The atmosphere inviting. You can eat inside of course, but given the choice I’d eat outside again and again. There’s plenty of parking, the server was attentive and friendly, and the menu had so many options, there’s always something for everyone.

It was my first time here at this Chinese restaurant, and It did not disappoint. food was good. My Mongolian beef was so tender it was very good. Also, my wife's orange chicken dish was absolutely perfect 👍😁definitely coming back.

We normally like this restaurant but tonight we received: 1. food that was not packaged like it normally is. The chicken and bean sprouts in gravy was in a To go box 🥡 instead of a plastic container so our bag and all other boxes were soaked in gravy. (See picture) 2. The pan friend noodles were literally dripping in oil. There was so much oil on them there was a puddle of oil left in the box after I took the noodles out of it. (See picture) 3. The chicken we received had a sour taste, I’m hoping my family doesn’t get sick from it. It tasted very off from the way it normally does.

Best Chinese food I’ve had; the Hunan Beef was phenomenal, with just the right amount of spice and flavor! They can also make a good portion of the menu gluten free, which was nice, as my girlfriend has celiac! 5/5 would visit again!
